I'm sure the ppl who work at the warehouse are great but there customer service on the phone or even the supervisors are beyond terrible if I never had to deal with UPS again I would be happy
Easy to swing in and drop off or pick up packages. Service is fairly quick. Could recommend earlier opening hours.
The staff here are always courteous and friendly. The man working knew exactly what l needed when I arrived and why the packages at my mom's new address were being held... made solving the problem a whole lot easier! Way to go UPS!
Worst delivery service in our area. I have been home for the last 5 deliveries and they don't bother to knock, have no issue leaving things in the rain. Hell even if the door is open they hide out of view and drop the package in the snow.
Absolutely terrible! We went there instead of the USPS in order to assure that our document we were sending to the Dominican Republic for family members would arrive on time. Instead of sending it out with UPS, they sent it out with USPS anyway. Even though we dropped the package off at the UPS store! They told us it would take 5-7 days to get there and it is way past that! Then when we talked to the UPS customer service, they said it's not their problem bc UPS is a franchise so the stores are individually owned. So they can send their mail out anyway that they want. So why would their store be under the name UPS then? It makes no sense!
