The BBB has never been a help to me on ANY issue with businesses I've dealt with in the past! They ALWAYS refer me to small claims court which is a no-win situation unless I can afford an attorney. And with my Social Security income I cannot afford an attorney. I think they are only loyal to their dues-paying members!
I will never go into that store again.. Don't know what Bob meant by his comment "he chooses who he sells to" but he obviously has so many customers that being rude is his number 1 quality!

I visited this store on 08/07/17 to purchase two used tires / was told by a guy named Bob that my tires would cost me $40.00 / 10 mins AFTER i leave the store i get a phone call from Bob saying my total is now $80.00 asked Bob to explain why the difference in price and he had attitude with me because i asked him to explain the charges.Bob stated "That he will CHOOSE who he sells his tires to" by this time im super upset and tell him he can talk to my husband / i had the phone to him and Bob once again is rude to him as well and ends up hanging up on my husband.on 08/08/17 i called corporate office spoke with Dave an he stated he would call the store and look into it. I received a call from Jay from the same store saying that i want to discuss my tire issue??? he was argumentative from the start talking over me telling me he will back up his employee because he has worked there for so long. jay did NOTHING for me ..didn't listen to me didn't offer any apology just a bunch of excuses and then he hung up on me.
