Very friendly service. Dave arrived in about 10 minutes and took me directly to the hotel. The price was around 3$ a mile even though it’s more like a limo. You can’t go wrong with them.
I used the service for an airport run and was very pleased. The driver(owner) called ahead to confirm he was on his way and showed up perfectly on time. The car was very clean and smoke free. The owner was very nice and made me feel as though my business was appreciated, not that I was just another fare. I would highly recommend for either business or personal trips!
I have been using Les and AAA Taxi for years, and I am impressed. He is always on time, and if he is running late he give a phone call or text message and let's you know. He works his butt off, seems like 24/7/365. He is a very nice, respectable guy who is very courteous. He will go out of way for anybody in need. I highly recommend this to anybody looking for a great taxi experience!
AAA Taxi is the best taxi service in town. The owner really understands the importance of good service, something that every other taxi service in town lacks. AAA taxi just took me back home from a restaurant I was at, after I had a horrendously rude driver named Dale from Yellow Cab who took me there initially.
I am disabled and use a walker for mobility, and when Yellow Cab initially dropped me off, I pointed out where I needed to be dropped off in order to access the curb cut. The Yellow Cab driver Dale said he would pull around, and then drove past it, and got upset with me when I asked him to go back to the spot that I said would be most convenient for me to get out. He started swearing and saying that I could've said something sooner, even though I had JUST pointed it out. I told him he didn't have to swear at me and be rude about it--I just needed that spot to access curb cut, plus, the spot he stopped at would have required me to go around the entire building to access the restaurant that I was going to. The spot that I had pointed to him had a curb cut and a straight shot to the ramp in front of the restaurant. He finally backed up and stopped in front of the spot, but was rude the entire time, so after I got out, I swore that I would never use that cab company again.
Les always provides excellent service. Shows up promptly and is great at making sure everything is all set before he picks you up. Shows up promptly every time. Goes out of his way to give you his business. He picks me up and drives me to Madison no matter the time of day or night, which is almost an hour away from the airport, and charges a very reasonable rate.
He is very friendly and goes out of his way to ensure excellent customer service. By far one of the better Taxi companies out there.
Don't waste your time with any other cab company in Sioux Falls, I've used them all, and I've had issues with every single one, other than with AAA. I have always had a good experience, and the owner really understands the value of providing good customer service. And, if this is being read by the owner, I want to thank you again for going above and beyond. I didn't tell you when we were in the car, but today is actually my birthday, and you helped make it a little brighter.
I called AAA cab for a pickup to go back home, and was very happy with the service. I have used them before, and after today, I will use them exclusively. The owner of the company was the one that drove me home, and I told him about what happened to me with the previous cab company, and he was very empathetic and kind. When I got to my house, he noticed that the paper bag that the restaurant had given me somehow gotten wet, and had ripped at the bottom, and he was very concerned that my items were going to fall out and break. I use a walker and usually just hang any bags I have to carry off of the handles, because it just makes everything easier for me to handle. He was concerned that the bag would not make it in the apartment if I was going to carry it like that. It was a small rip, so I was going to chance it, but he offered to help carry the bag in, so that my stuff didn't fall out.
