had a truck on hold. Day before out move they called n said they didn't have anymore trucks at any of the uhauls in sioux falls. We ended up gettin a stupid small truck w a small trailer had to make it work. Went to pick it up.they were out to lunch for anooother 40 mins passed the 30 we waited. Called corp office they said they couldn't do anything these people have individual jobs this is their side job. Would nevvvvvr rent from them again. Go to hertz or penske! Horrible service.
