Read the history it was a flop from the start.
I'm in town for a wedding and glad I found this park. The falls create an amazing backdrop for pictures and the landscaping is great...lots of paths to walk on. It's nice to just have a cup of coffee, walk around and take it all in.
Very interesting to learn that the mill was over built and that the grain in the area wasn't enough to allow this plant to reach full capacity.
