Waterbury Heating was quick to help. They came and saw the need to replace the water heater and did so at that time. Troy was friendly and made sure to let me know what to do after the water heater was installed. He laid down sheets and didn't drag in any crud from outside. Great service!

Mr. Fitz, called and arrived before he was expected. (good thing) We thought we would have to buy an whole new water heater, Mr. Fitz, was in there a short time and told me that it was a part that had been pinched when put in, and we did not need a new water heater! He worked fast, and made sure a fan was put in front of water heater, for maxium drying effect. He is very pleasant to be around, I would recomend him to anyone, and will not use anyone but Waterbury Heating and Cooling from this day forward. Thank you, Mr. Fitz!
We recently moved to Sioux Falls. Kelly serviced our air conditioner and also did a complete walk-through to evaluate all our heating and cooling (and plumbing) equipment in our house. He was honest and straight-forward in explaining the condition of everything along with providing recommendations and maintenance tips. He took the time to answer all my questions. Kelly's professionalism and customer service has made me a Waterbury customer. I have scheduled a Waterbury plumber to complete some work for us. I will post more feedback after that visit.
Troy Fitz is a great technician. Very friendly and courteous. He installed a kitchen faucet for us recently but also installed a dishwasher last spring. We're extremely with both jobs and his level of professionalism. Super job!
