Hot tub was barely warm, bathtub had dirt in the bottom, only had one set of towels in the room. Terribly uncomfortable top blanket ( we tossed it to the floor couldn't stand to even touch it). The staff was very pleasant though.
The room we stayed in was very nice. The customer service wasnt the greatest though. We bought the hotel at the age of 18 but you needed to be 21 to check in. This took us over an hour to actually get into our room. After that we wanted to go swimming but the pool as about to close because of the ordeal before. There were also a lot of rude guests yelling in the hallways and banging on our door.
Very nice and accommodating staff. There are 4 super 8s in sioux falls and we stayed at another one for one night and came here the next and was very satisfied. Also, amazed at how different they were. This one had a pool, laundry machine, and a free breakfast. They had make your own waffles, cereal, cinnamon buns, mini donuts, biscuits and gravy, coffee, and juice.
Love this hotel. Stay there every time I go to Sioux falls! Great staff clean hotel. Very comfortable and large rooms highly recommend.
Stayed in a suite. It was great! Had the whole pool to myself downstairs. Room was HUGE
