The service was excellent and the room was nice. Located right off the interstate and very easy to find. I would recommend this place for a nice and affordable option.

Great budget hotel. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Pool is small, only goes to 3'6". Still it was fun for me and son. Very close to a gas station, restaurant, and I-29 on ramps. Stayed midweek and it is quiet. Neighborhood seems nice and safe.

Smelled good as soon as I walked in one of my first things I always do. Motel 6 rooms always smell like nasty smoke. This one smelled very good.
Place has been fixed up. Yes being a person who fixes stuff myself I see errors in the work manship here and there. Lap lines, drywall not floated paint holidays etc. All and all looks nice. Although in my room they could have gotten a new toilet seat for $10 instead of damaged one and tun shower has huge crack in middle of it. (Later water leaks will cause damage)
Did see their morning breakfast was sleeping on a soft bed which from other I have slept on was from 1 to 10 an 8 or a 9. No bad bed.
I would rate this a five out of five for the cost. Great rates and a very nice room. Clean and comfortable beds, no room smells. The only complaint is the tub is super slick, be careful when you get in.
Rooms are big seems like room is missing something so big.
Nice inexpensive hotel we came across looking for a place to spend the night on a long car trip. Everything in the room works and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast as good as any hotel in this price range. We would stay here again. They also had a heated indoor pool we didn't have time to try out.
