Nice room... comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. .. nice breakfast area too
None of the reviews I had read mentioned that the area of town is not the best. We checked in and walked to our room, then went outside to get the bags. A possibly homeless man was slowly walking through the parking lot looking at the ground. That was enough on its own to check out again without staying a single night. In addition, almost a third of the windows seemed to be either broken or had damaged screens. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
Staying here while working out here. Clean, doesn't stink, and the staff is friendly. Only three stars because there was a sheriff raid in one of the rooms yesterday. Thinking this place has a drug problem.

Super friendly staff. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best. Their breakfast is amazing and compared to other "high" quality places this place wins hands down. Affordable without giving up the luxury. A must stay when you visit Sioux Falls!!
