Ive been staying while trying to get an apartment in Sioux Falls. They offer several different options for staying here; daily, weekly, monthly. The staff have been great, they seem to genuinely care about their job. The building while old has had some remodeling done. The rooms are basic, but more than I'd expected based on the old reviews. If you are on a budget and need a place to stay, this place would be my only choice!

The only nice thing I can say about this hotel was it provided a place to rest your head for a night of sleep. I was over-charged for the room and when I called for a refund, they ignored my messages and never did resolve the issue. The non-smoking room I stayed in reeked of cigarette smoke. The bathtub did not drain and I was standing in two feet of water after a 10-minute shower! The price reflects the room, so stay away unless you can overlook these issues during your stay.
