Oh my god !! Absolutely horrible! Please stay somewhere else , staff and workers in the restaurant area are absolutely horrible and rude, sabe your money . go somewhere else
Great location and a perfect stay! Really loved that this hotel was right on the bike trail and right next to the river. You could grab a cup of complimentary coffee from the lobby in the morning and walk right out the door to the river walk to the falls. They also had cookies and other various refreshments set out throughout the day and the front desk was extremely knowledgeable about the area. The gentlemen who checked us in gave us great suggestions for local wine, restaurants, and even a tip on when to get fresh croissants at the bakery down the street. The whole hotel looks like its brand new and the rooms were super quiet, spacious, and comfortable. I really enjoyed the fitness center, all the equipment was brand new and the exercise machines had flat screens built in with cable tv. Laundry facilities were cheap to use and very efficient as well. Overall this was a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in downtown Sioux Falls.
Best place to stay in Sioux Falls. In the heart of downtown and away from the local traffic. Great atmosphere on the River and plenty of great restaurants nearby.
Nicest and newest mid-rate hotel in Sioux Falls (there are no 4 or 5-star hotels) which is about the only thing distinctive about the property. Front desk staff ranged from incompetant librarian (night) to blond cheerleader (bubbly). Rooms are standard for the chain. Outdoor dining/patio area has nice river view and is probably pleasant during 3-month summer season (if it is not windy). Overpriced for the location/market; I've stayed at 4-star boutique hotels in major cities for less. Unless the location is important, recommend staying at more suburban hotels near I229/I29 interchange for half the price.
Great hotel right on the river. Nice restaurant, Crave, attached to the hotel. Its within walking distance of a handful of other bars and restaurants as well
