As usual from National Car Rental for me, great service from the online reservation to the pick up. This location didn't have the emerald aisle option but I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary premium suv upgrade from my standard reservation. Staff was super fast and friendly and I received keys within 5 minutes of arrival and I simply drove off, no issues. My return was an after hours experience and was a pretty easy one -- I just parked, signed my name for the check in process and dropped off keys in a secured lockbox, then on to my flight! Couldn't really ask for a better experience. Keep up the great work guys!
Absolutely fantastic as usual. I've tried all the rental car companies and National is the best. Fast courteous service and the cleanest cars you can rent. If you need to rent a car this is the best company to do business with.
Gas tank was only 3/4 full at pick-up, running late so I did not bother to correct this mistake. Otherwise, the rental was as expected
The car had over 80K miles. To me is seems too much miles for a rental car.
The car I got had multiple things not working: water for windshield, an error code every time I turned it on and the tire pressure light turning on and off occasionally.
I rented 2 cars and they were delivered on time and as requested. The cars were returned on time the following afternoon. I didn't get invoices until the end of the next week and they had charged me for an extra weeks rental on both cars. I tried to call the agency in Sioux Falls but only got voicemail. I called my Emerald Club rep who booked the rentals and she was able to straighten out the charges before closing time. Although things like this occasionally happen National Car Rental is still the best in the business.
