Generally though...
-desserts besides pie are not very good... Brownie thing comes out of a frozen tray shipped to the store and they microwave it(had to ask for it to be warmed because I couldn't cut it otherwise)
-generally ok service (often have to ask or flag someone down for refills)
- generally fairly quiet atmosphere
-decent lunch deals
-reasonable portions
Love eating there. Great food. Everyone is always so friendly.
-I doubt a person in a wheelchair could easily use the bathroom stalls there
Great place to eat for family and friends or even a casual date. Good food with a salad bar being cheap when added to a meal. Sometimes the waitresses can be stretched thin depending on if more people than usual drop in. I've never experienced poor food quality but have had friends that have gotten "not-perfect" cooking or prep.
-adequate salad bar... Some veggies and lettuce mix, dressings, chilled pasta option, some soups.

Had the Pans Catering at a wedding food was amazing! Cold salads very tasty! I know that chicken was made minutes before we ate! Helpful staff and smiles all around. I saw several people taking more. Try it . I know they will do my next event.
I've had varied experiences here. Some great some not so great.
-bathroom often feels unclean and tends to have unpleasant odor
Pros- reasonable prices(except desserts)
Food was warm not hot when we got it. The waitress didn't really check in with us that much. My biggest complaint the s that the baby changing table in the women's room is right above the toilet so you have to lift your child up onto it and the strap is broken. Which means you can't have them strapped down, you have to hold them down with one hand while trying to change them with the other. Either that or have someone else with you to help
