So I'm sitting here at KFC on East 10th Street in the Sioux Falls the girl at the front counter couldn't count out $0.95 to a customer and changed so instead she gave him $7 she has been rude to every single customer that has walked in here including me and my wife who worked here for about a year-and-a-half so I believe she should get fired she said oh my gosh I'll be right with you with attitude she doesn't even know how to make most of the products here so someone else has to make it for her. her name is Dorothy
Food was cold. Service was horrible. When we used a coupon they didn't know how to ring it up. Manager didn't know how to ring it up as well. She figured half price of $7.09 was $3.00. Will never come back again. Will be contacting the franchise as the restaurant was filthy. Ketchup smeared all over the table. Intsead of staff cleaning the front they just stood behind the counter.
Restaurant was dirty and people didn't know what to do. I seen people with long hair cooking no hair net and people wear not unform.
Fries were cold and had to made 4 trips to the counter to get our order completed.... Burger was good
Dirty. Gal at the cash register was clueless. Just praying we don't get sick. Horribly filthy. Didn't even want to use the restrooms.
