Home cooking, very reasonable. No atmosphere, but very good food and friendly service. One of our favorite restaurants for breakfast.

I would not recommend the burgers, which are small and unimpressive. However, the roast beef and the BLT looked great. The desserts were also great: bread pudding and rhubarb crisp. And the service was also great: quick and friendly. Prices are reasonable.

I'm from out of state and Rosie's was recommended by family. The food was good. The waitresses we're AMAZING!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!!
