Such a rip off. All their cars are way over priced. Would never buy a car from them and their sketchy staff.
My husband and I were in the market for a gently used SUV and I was willing to give T&L Auto Sales the opportunity to do business with us, in spite of their mostly negative reviews on Google. I reached out to a salesperson, Troy, and requested Autocheck / Carfax details on a few vehicles that we were interested in. It was like pulling teeth to get information from this salesperson (information which, I should point out, is available a direct link from the car listing for almost any other car dealer in the state).
Willing to negotiate price ok. The dealer said it was all serviced prior to sale. I put less than 400 miles on it before problems arose. Needed 2 new sensors and mechanics said the oil didn't even touch the dipstick. Serviced??? I asked them to split the $600 bill because I had it less than 30 days and drove it less than 400 miles. They refused. Be aware when looking at this business!!
We went back and forth several times, and all I got from him was a big fat zero. Even though I was simply requesting how many owners and accidents these vehicles had, plus whether or not they had been serviced. Instead of a straight answer, I received a rather offensive text message which read "Once we get a customer in face to face and they show interest we can open things up a little bit.... plus I haven't even been able to talk to you on the phone and we have dealers in the area that go fishing for stuff like this all the time and I just want to make sure that I'm helping a legitimate customer no offense" Well, Troy, offense taken. I will take my business elsewhere, thank you.
They were willing to negotiate on my trade in but still we're not able to get our payments where we would have liked. They wouldn't give us a full tank of gas as it was under half a tank and we had an hour and a half drive home. We bought the vehicle, filled the tank, got a mile on the interstate and the vehicle broke down. We canceled the deal and they said they would take it to GM to get fixed. 3 weeks later I have heard nothing other than it's a Gm recall and they are working on it. We are out half a tank of gas and have since looked elsewhere. Would not go to this dealer again.
