Matt McCroskey has been outstanding with how helpful and positive he has been in our search for a new vehicle. He is tremendously knowledgeable with the models we were interested in, and very sensitive with our time. This was the quickest experience we have had with purchasing and financing s new vehicle. I would recommend Matt to anyone, and will ask for him next time I am in the market for a new vehicle. Matt is the largest reason why we will come back to Billion in the future, because of how well he took care of our needs. Thank you, Matt!

Quick paperwork to get financing. Essentially sign and drive.

There was a $500 discount on any vehicle for the month of February. I put a $500 deposit down on a 2016 Impala but there were a couple of things I wanted done before the purchase was complete. The front tire was completely shot and mounted incorrect (directional tire), so of course I wanted this replaced, they said they would put a "new" one on. The front lip was missing and I requested that this be put on. There was also an extremely poor paint job done to the lower quarter of the bumper after prior damage (peeling clear coat and horrible paint runs). Not the optimal solution to repairing any paint work but I asked if they could at least fix that section because it could be blended. Also, there was and still is a noise coming from the passenger front when turning and the salesman told me multiple times he'd set up an appointment to get it fixed. Well the day came that I went in, expected these repairs to be done correctly and as told (almost two weeks later because the salesman said it would be a few days before they could get it in to the different departments to be worked on). Upset that nothing was done but I needed to buy a car so we begin on the negotiation and paperwork. Well now the manager says he's not going to give me the $500 off, even though it applied to ALL cars. If I didn't purchase a car from them, they were going to keep (steal) my deposit that I had given them so of course I was going to get the car. The fix-it list was created and I brought it in a few days later when they had time to work on it. The list included: a new tire, bumper lip and repair, and buffing scratches out of the whole car. The tire they gave me was a third of the tread of all the other tires. I spoke with the manager and he told me the tire had as much tread as the others, you have to be blind not to notice the difference (there was 33% less tread than the others and I have a receipt from a mechanic proving so, he also thought it was a bunch of bull). The car had not been buffed and also no attempt to repair the bumper damage. The manager was super defensive and took every chance he could to make me feel like an idiot. Very unprofessional behavior from the manager and the finance manager during this whole experience. When I denied the extended warranty, he got upset and down talked me when I told him I could do those repairs myself; basically telling me I don't have the tools or knowledge to do so. So in the end, I was forced to either buy a car or lose my $500 deposit, lost the $500 discount that was offered to everybody else, a crappy tire that did me no good, no bumper repair, no buffing, and never got the appointment I was promised multiple times to check out the front wheel. This is the sixth vehicle my family and I have purchased from a Billion and never have we had such a horrible experience. Managers are quite rude and can get away with telling customers to go screw themselves and they can get away with stealing and empty promises, unbelievable.

We had a great experience with Billion! We went in to look and ended up buying! They gave us a great price for the vehicle and our trade in and we very up front and honest! Easy to work with!

This week we bought our second vehicle from Billion and we have nothing to say but thank you to the staff there. Never have liked vehicle shopping. But now that we own two vehicles purchased from Billion we can say that we were in good hands. We were given our options with purchasing not only a vehicle we wanted but also shown available options for protecting our purchase such as gap insurance, protection plans/extended warranties without pressure to buy. Just given the information and allowed to make a decision.
