Had three cars fom this place and all three were lemons. I would run away while you still have a chance. All they do is take your money and dont care whats wrong with them. I seriously think they reset the service engine soon lights. Have never had such an awful experience in my life.
no way i should of got approved but i did. very knowledgeable and very upfront. little car selection but for me having no credit i was very happy that i got a car. both seth and phill went out of there way to help. glad i choose them.
First and foremost I would like to give honor to God for allowing my experience, with carhop to be glorious and prosperous. If it wasn't for the Lord Jesus Christ, and the favor from God, I wouldn't be able to walk away a happy customer. I had the pleasure of working with friendly employees, who really fight for you in obtaining a vehicle. My previous car was giving me so many problems and broke down on me the very same day, I purchased a vehicle from carhop. To the point it wasn't fixable so I had to catch the bus half way, and had to walk a mile in a half in the rest of the way, in the heat to get to carhop. I filled out and application online that morning, and the rest is history. If your worried about bad credit or no credit don't, carhop will work with you, if your worried about big down payment well don't, they will work with you. My down payment wasn't nothing compared to the down payment of faith in God I had, that's all you need. Great experience with carhop may God get the glory!!!!
