Their sales price and trade in offer were respectable but they still were able to help me get a little better deal. In a short two hours, I was able to drive home with my new vehicle.
I've been to many other dealerships and this by far was the most friendly, attentive, and honest place I've experienced. They truly work with you to accommodate your needs. Their follow up is amazing, checking in to make sure you're satisfied and everything is as you wanted. Another fabulous thing is that they use an outside vendor to inspect and give ALL details of issues with their vehicles, and the show you the report. So no hidden surprises on maintenance or issues. I worked with Benji and he was very courteous and caring. The finance manager was very friendly and willing to work with you and get the very best financing, even if it was elsewhere. If I could give Brothers Auto more than 5 stars I would do so in a heartbeat. It had been quite awhile since I stepped foot onto a car lot so I was nervous and apprehensive. Even when doing research, you just always have that tiny voice saying it has to be too good to be true-what’s the catch? But, all of that changed when I walked through their front door. Cameron and Josiah greeted me with a warm smile, introduced themselves, and any doubt I had about doing business with them was thrown out the window. I knew I was at the right place. I was searching the internet for a couple weeks for a replacement vehicle. I found a vehicle at Brothers Auto which I thought had a competitive price . I stop there the next day to check it out. Nick helped m.it was a real pleasure to work with him. There was no pressure like many of the other dealers in Sioux Falls. Once I decided to by that vehicle I was introduced to Adam who did a super job on the closing. The competitive pricing brought me into their dealership the first time.
