I got my truck serviced their a while back and about a week later the part failed....hmmm. So, i called and spoke with a service writer, got it towed (trailer too), inspected etc. All if the above. I wasn't sure at the time exactly what had happened. If it was me or them or the parts i got. I got a call from the same service writer i spoke with earlier and he admitted that it was a faulty part and that they would cover everything. And they did! It was that simple, no bill for me whatsoever. It was the honesty that sold me on this place. How many shops nowadays can admit it was there fault so bluntly. Not many. I haven't gone to another shop since. 5 stars all around. Best service, salesman, parts guys anywhere.
Very quit to help people when they walk through the door.
I easily gained .5 mpg and that's on the conservative side.
