I loved them but they are sadly out of business.
I used these guys to fix my refrigerator. The repair man drove to Harrisburg, showed up right on time, fixed my problem, cleaned up after himself and was very knowledgable about the problem. The part only cost $66 (available online for $58) and his labor was cheap compared Karls in Sioux Falls.

I scheduled Rews Appliance on East 10th Street in Sioux Falls to put in a new garbage disposal and repair my Maytag washer. I was told they could do both Thursday morning. The repairman would arrive at the shop at 7:30 and they would be right out since we are only a block and a half away. On Thursday he called shortly before 8:00 and said he was going to Menards to get what he needed and would be out by 9:00 or 9:30 I said no - He was to be there at 8:00 so he needed to come when he was supposed to. He arrived about 8:20 and started on the disposal. He had to leave for 25 minutes to go back to the shop to get a wire. Then he finished about 10:15. He looked at the washer said he didn't have time to fix it he was already late for his 10:00 appointment. I don't understand how he could have a 10:00 appt when he first said he wouldn't arrive at my house until 9:00 or 9:30. Plus I was told there was no way that the person answering the phone would have told me they would be out that early. They don't start appointments until 8:30. I took the day off work to get everything repaired, I would never hire them again.
We purchased a new wash machine.
