Chris, Dirk and the team at Green Eggs and Ram are top notch. We have used them for both personal and business computer sales, support, and service. When our personal back up hard drive died, they worked diligently to recover all our precious family photos and videos and were successful! Every time I have reached out in need of anything for our business they have been prompt and courteous and reasonable priced.
Computers are great until they suddenly have a problem! One morning my laptop was fine, and that night, my screen was pixelated. I took it into Green Eggs and RAM, and they looked at it with me right away so they could make a recommendation of whether it was a potential "quick fix" or if it needed to be checked in for diagnostics and repair. It was late in the day when I stopped, so I expected it would take some time to get a "diagnosis." I was pleasantly surprised to get a call back the very next afternoon that my laptop was repaired and ready to go. Great service!
Don't know much about this place. I was in and out. It seems like a nice store. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Do not waste your time or money going to this worthless place. I have two computers i took in this year, one desk top and one lap top and NONE of them work. I just got home the other day with my laptop and I paid for something that did NOT work. the work has been very shoddy and this is not a good place I say from experience. I learned my expensive lesson. My attorney is filing with the BBB as well of this shoddy business.
