Friendly, honest staff who went out of their way trying to find me when I left my wallet!
The worse customer service I've experienced. They tried to tell me they gave me my money back 1/2017 when I only returned the item 11/2017. What what what? How does that work?? After speaking to 5 different people, 3 hours later, I was too exhausted trying to get my $90 back. Just not worth my time and energy. I will never buy from them again.
Awesome store. Lots of selections for both men and women. Great selection of Men's Big and Tall. Very friendly staff.
5 star product 5 star service. The jacket I bought was perfectly priced super warm super durable. The gentlemen (Camden) gave me my options listed the differneces and was very patient. I didn't feel rushed at all which I normal do when purchasing clothing. Thanks alot for the buy.
