I took a snow blower in for repair (wouldn't start and had a bad noise while using the electric start) and was assured everything was working when I picked it up. First time I tried to start it, it wouldn't either with rope or electric start. Very unreliable service and very over-priced.
I have bought a few riding mowers from them in the past. The reason I go there is for there service. I went there last week to but a zero turn radius mower. I asked the salesman if I could test drive because I have never drove a ztr mower. He said no. The only way would of been at demo days, which I was not aware of. So I bought this without trying it out. It was for my lake house. I bought it on a Thursday. Took it to the lake. Used it for 30 minutes and realized it was not the mower for me. Rough riding. Poor steering and a few other reasons. I went back on Monday and told them I wanted to return it. I was willing to buy another standard mower. I was referred to Larry the manager. I explained the issue. He told me there was no returns after it went out the door because that the warranty was registered and could not transfer it. He said I was stuck with this $2900 machine. He said he would try and send someone my way if they were interested.(to resell it) That was pretty much the end of our conversation. I called the manufacturer and the CSR told me it was up to local dealer to make the decision on the return, and if I did return it, they would help figure it out. They said if I was not happy with it they completely understand. I am greatly disappointed in the way this was handled. Poor handling of this situation on the managers behalf. The machine is literally showroom condition other than the ding on the deck when he (salesman) hit my trailer loading it. I guess I will try to sell this unit at a discounted price and take my companies business elsewhere. I have a hard time recommending anyone to buy a product from them.
