Zero customer service. Called for trailer tires and they said they were in stock and could be put on today. Arrived at the store and the lady at the automotive counter told me to go out where everyone was working and get assistance. Waited several minutes and had employees walk right by and not ask me if I needed any help. What a joke. So I went to the S Wal-Mart and they said they had that size for a car but not a trailer and they couldn't put car tires on a trailer. Again, disappointed by wally world.
Waited 2 hrs for them to replace a battery only to find out it's too small and now my car doesn't have enough power to turn over and they won't except returns. A pile of rocks has more knowledge then the auto techs.
Told me 1 hour to get 4 tires put on and balanced. It's been an hour and they haven't even started taking the tires off. Absolutely ridiculous. Nobody has said anything to me as I've been standing here the whole time waiting. Won't be coming here again. Also won't recommend anyone here either. Waste of time. 4 guysnot doing very much besides stand around and one working in vehicles that came after me. Told them to go ahead and not work on it and bring it somewhere else. Like are you kidding me!
Never had a problem. They don't try to over sell.
