They did a great job on our big rig. Got it off of a steep embankment without any damage. They brought two trucks to make sure they kept our asset safe. The office crew were polite and got the job done.

I came to Sioux Falls and had my car break down as soon as I got there. I gave Jim and Ron's a call, and they picked up right away. I told them where I was, and a tow truck was there within 15 minutes. The driver was very friendly and extremely competent. He worked very efficiently but did not rush. The price of the tow was also much lower than I thought it was going to be!
Excellent customer service from the guy who towed my car recently. He was friendly and quick getting there. It did not take long to get the car towed either to home. He was great at his job ! Thank you. Very courteous. He even helped me down from his truck because I'm short, and it is a steep climb up in there and he saw I had my hands full too! It was all appreciated and will definitely call for a tow in the future!
