Way to mess up a good bank whoever hatched this turkey.
We are no longer happy with GW and we're shopping for a new bank.
Since the merger with Home Federal there have been several problems and customer service takes forever to get a real human on the phone.
Not a 'real' branch. Only has video tellers inside or outside. On site personnel are there but unable to assist with every issue requiring you to make a trip to the main branch.
Terrible. The teller services are EXTREMELY unconvinient. We used to have a perfectly fine bank only a minute away from this location, but they suddenly closed it down. Also, the mobile banking is terrible and at times doesn't work correctly. I will be switching banks, but really it's against my own will. Thanks a lot, "Great" Western.
GW was an excellent bank. Great service and very helpful when I had my account hacked.
Great bank with amazing customers service. The tellers are especially wonderful. Everyone is helpful and friendly.
The video teller system is a real pain. It seems to be set up with SUVs in mind. Hard for an old phart like me to reach from my car. There were 2 branches near us before the merger with live tellers and full service and now just one with only video tellers.
I am closing my account at this bank. I was one of a group of people who fell for a scam and this caused my bank account to go considerably overdraft. Instead of being understanding and helpful this bank told me that I should have seen the signs and was very rude. I had my job request that my paycheck be stopped from going into that account as I am a single mother and that is my bill money but when I was told by the bank that yes it had been returned now they are telling me that their collections department denied my request and kept my whole paycheck. I had even opened another account with them and agreeded to have payments taken out of new account and put into old one. But after all this they can send it to collections because why should i help them after how they treated me!!!!
