Every month I have a payment due at the beginning of the month and a payment due at the end of the month. Every month Wells Fargo applies both of my payments to one account and not the other. So every month, I have one account that gets a double payment, and an account in delinquency. Wells Fargo call-bot then auto dials my phone, and harasses me. I also get a late notice mailed to me, and a late notice mailed to my loan cosigner, telling me (and my cosigner) that I am late on payments. I then spend 20 minutes (21 mins and 10 sec tonight) each and every month explaining the whole thing over again to a new call center employee.
Wells Fargo will not let me consolidate the loans, so that's out of the question. My complaint is not to get my issue resolved, I have almost given up on it. The reason I have decided to leave a review for Wells Fargo Education Financial Services is to warn the new students looking for a collegiate loan and maybe save them some heart ache.
An absolute nightmare! Wells Fargo Education Financial Services is a division of Wells Fargo Bank. I have two student loans through Wells Fargo (for two different years of college), and have spent my post college years living in a perpetual billing nightmare. I have spent hours of my life on the phone with the call center trying to get the logistics of my billing corrected.
