does good work. boots looked good. zipper on my jacket fixed and velcro replaced with buttons just like I wanted except for on the pockets. I absolutely hate the velcro on the front of my jacket and asked to have it all replaced with buttons. He decided the buttons would be hard for me to button over the pockets so he left some of the old velcro there and then added some new velcro. I told him I hated the velcro always catching on everything and wanted it gone. On the pockets I did not get what I wanted and I didn't even get a call to see if that was okay. I would have rather had the buttons whether or not the guy doing the job thinks they will be hard to button or not. just bizarre. the customer is not always right?

My wife finished up with him that day and he marked it and she sewed it ,I did not see the vest after it was done.He called and said it was too low and I told him if we move it there would be holes in the leather..end of conversation, he did not bring it in for me to look at nor did he ask if I would move the patch.He said we charged him $40.00 also not true I have a copy of the receipt it was $26.50 with tax.We have been doing this for twenty five years and have never had a problem with any of the motorcycle clubs, we stand behind our work.Before you jump online and write stuff that isn't true you should at least get your facts right.The damage unfortunately has already been done,if you write something online it is there forever,you should have thought this through before assuming anything,most customers would have came in and talked to me before doing something like this.Thank you; Reid
