Bkgd knowledge and basis of review is from living in all 3 of the parks ran by the Canada ownership who tends to tie the hands of the manager who actually gets stuck dealing with the tenants.
Nice quiet neighborhood but strict rules for park.

Downfall i wld say is loud dogs....unsupervised children running amuck and the 60 flat fee for water.
Its home....wether or not the actual corporate owners suck or suck horribly the local (vicki) manager is trying her damndest to makr it a good place to live...like any place there r ups and downs. Like the slumlords who rent to multiple ppl who give the mhp a bad name due to never doing bkgd checks. As long as u r respectful to ur neighbors it tends to be reciprocated
