I recieve freight on 15 foot long pallets approx once a month. I have told every freight company ever to bring those pallets that next time if they call ahead we can be prepared to get the driver unloaded and back on the road promptly. Dan B. with YRC was the FIRST ever driver to actually call ahead. HUGE props to YRC and specifically Dan for being on top of this! He got unloaded and back on the road in no time!
