I have to say Pizza Hut has been falling apart since I was a kid. It’s no longer that fun friendly place your parents took you to anymore. Now it’s old gross and usually in really odd areas. The food quality is trash. The employees are Imbeciles. Google that word if you don’t know what it means.
Went with friends, ordered pizza, pizza was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. The cookie dessert was kind of a miss though - just get more pizza instead.
The food is pretty good. The pizzas are great but the cheesy bread isn't terribly cheesy... It has a thin, almost just a sprinkling of cheese and is over-seasoned. The pizzas however have always come out right with generous toppings and the pepperoni is always nice and crispy but the pizzas are always perfectly cooked no matter how many or few toppings I've picked they are never burned and never undercooked. The lobby is very cramped and minimal seating. The interior lighting is quite dim, a bit more dim than I feel it should be, I understand that it's for atmosphere but it feels a little dark in the back of the restaurant, furthest from the register. The staff in restaurant were rather dismissive and seemed uncaring. There was a "line" that was actually a bunch of people crammed in and people were not assisted in order of arrival but by whoever crowded to the counter first. That being said the driver's are always nice and generally a few minutes early. I have even had driver's willing to run back out to their cars to get me red pepper packets (I'm in a 3rd floor apartment and would never make someone do that for me). In short, don't dine in because the staff are rude and don't get cheesy bread unless you specify to them that it needs to actually be gooey and cheesy not sad bread sticks. The pizzas are great and the driver's are wonderful.
Ty , the manager , is one of the best in the business ! Extremely accommodating and friendly . Pizza keeps us coming back again and again !
Probably the worst customer service I've ever recieved. Manager April LIED to me and said that they tried to call me 3 times to deliver and I had ONE missed phone call (no Voicemails) that I returned 2 minutes later. No one picked up when I called back.
April was fast to blame me for the entire situation and her only consolation was that she could remake the entire order and it would take 45 MORE minutes after the initial HOUR long wait. I drove down there to see if I could even pick up my food since it's only 6 blocks away, and was told that she had a store to run and she didn't need to be "treated this way" and that she didn't answer when I called because she "has a store to run" and "can't cater to you because you don't answer your phone". The initial missed call was over an HOUR after I placed the order and I was told 30 minutes. I was at the store within 15 minutes of the missed delivery. Why couldn't I pick it up then? Probably because THEY NEVER MADE IT AND BLAMED THIS ALL ON ME.
Absolutely the most condescending "Manager" that I've ever dealt with. Blamed the ENTIRE situation on the customer, and made absolutely NO attempt to make it right. At least the delivery driver acted like a human about it, and I regret getting angry with him. Maybe HE should be the manager, because April obviously isn't up to the job.
