Thank you! Thank you! The entry door lock on our RV broke and the door would not open. Calls to AAA, another locksmith, our neighbor, and others were not successful. No one could get the door open or wanted to try. Fred the Fixer arrived when he said. He worked for a couple hours with no luck. He helped us 'break into' the RV to be able to drive it to his shop. We received a call the next day that the door was open. He suggested where we could order a replacement latch/lock and said we could bring the RV back to them if we needed assistance installing the new lock. Best customer service we have experienced lately!!

I called a competitor of Fred the fixer last night just after close. I would assume I spoke to the owner. I told him I have a car topper that we've lost the key for. He told me with the code on the lock I could get a new key for $10 during business hours. My husband went this morning and talked to the owner who wouldn't even look at it. Gave my husband some lip service about needing to keep the vehicle and he'd have to make a key which could take all day... and presumably much more money then $10. We didn't have the time to spare or the money so we called it a wash. After some online research it became apparent to me this is an easy thing for any locksmith to look up the code and make a key for. I called Fred the fixer and explained my issue and gave him the code on the lock. He told us he had exactly what we needed from looking it up. We immediately went in and after 5 minutes left with 2 keys for our topper that cost us $10 for both. I will never go to another locksmith as long as I live here. Fred the fixer earned our lifetime business in 5 minutes. When you're a small business owner you shouldn't treat business like its disposable. We felt like disposable customers at the other place. Kudos to Fred the fixer for taking excellent care of a new customer who will now be a regular!! Thanks again guys!!!! I can't rave about your service enough!!
I called these guys when locked out of my car and stuck in Sioux Falls on Christmas Eve. I let the locksmith Burkey know that I was from out of town and locked out of my vehicle. He was there within 30 minutes and worked quickly so that I could have my family back to Nebraska in time for Christmas. Knowing my situation, Burkey could have easily charged me double, and I would have paid the price due to the circumstances. But no. Burkey was understanding and charged the most reasonable rate I've ever paid for a locksmith. I can not thank him and Fred the Fixer enough. I highly recommend this fine locksmith service. And my family and I thank them and Burkey for saving our Christmas.
