FAF is an amazing community with coaches that take the time to teach proper mechanics/form and become invested in your progress and goals. If I had the ability to give 10 stars I would - this place has been life changing for me in a way that I will always be grateful for. Dannielle and her staff have created a community that is always supportive and encouraging of each other. If you are considering trying out CrossFit there is no other place I would recommend.
There are so many things that I can say about this gym. You get there and you work hard for your hour and you come out feeling better than you did when you started. But really it is so much more than that. I moved here from 3000 miles away and struggled in the beginning with not knowing anyone. I didn't have any sense of community or attachment to Sioux Falls. I feel like I have found that here. I have my own community, my own family, and now my own little job in a place that is so much more than a gym My love for this place knows no bounds. And the coaching staff are beyond amazing. Always encouraging you to reach your goals, or beyond if they think you have sold yourself short. This place is my haven.
This is an amazing gym with passionate coaches that really know their stuff. You can call/text or email them any time about anything and they will get back to you right away.
This gym is life changing. And not just in terms of fitness. The friends I've made here have become my family and I look forward to seeing everyone each day I head to the gym. The way I've started to take care of my body to prepare for the workouts and the way my mindset has changed towards fitness is unreal. The first month and a half was so tough, but now I could not imagine working out anywhere else. Dannielle is one of the best people I have ever met and I do not think I could leave a high enough rating for her or FAF. All I can say that if you are reading this right now and considering giving Crossfit a try, there is no place better than FAF Crossfit.
An amazing community of welcoming and supportive people no matter where you are in your fitness. The coaches are caring and knowledgeable. I was a little nervous to start, but have Never looked back.
