We have enjoyed our apartment. However, Lloyd is the worst company from whom we've rented. They are overpriced for what we get, heavy-handed with the rules, unbending and rude. We had a manager early on who was decent (Washington Heights) but now we're treated more like inmates than residents. Our rent continues to go up and they charge so much for a pet. I'm not into long rants but we'll make sure to never rent from Lloyd again.
Very unimpressed with the management of the property in North Sioux City. Missy is extremely rude and judgmental. The "community guidelines" aren't written clear and when I pointed out how things were stated I was treated like I was an idiot. I could tell the environment changed from the first time I walked in interested vs. the next time I walked in to ask questions as to why we were not approved. Instead of explaining in a kind, appropriate way she was snotty and unprofessional. The world works in mysterious ways and I'm thankful they didn't accept our application because not only do I not want to live there I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone either. It's a very nice property, but when you have management that is unprofessional and rude it doesn't matter how nice the property is if you have to deal with that for the time you are living there.
We've really enjoyed living in West Briar Commons; been here for four years. Nice, quiet community. Maintenance staff is pretty on top of things and usually come within 2 days of placing a support ticket. Not happy with other tenants not cleaning up after their dogs, even though we have a specialized poop area, but once you let the office manager know the area is usually cleaned up within a week. Wish they'd stop raising the rent every year, they may raise us right out of the apartment.
Very professional staff currently a resident in one of the apartment complexes and it's absolutely wonderful the application process was a breeze and the atmosphere is amazing nice quiet no complaints would defiantly recommend to a friend defiantly 5 stars
I have loved living at my Lloyd property for the last six months. Our property managers are very professional and the property is beautiful. I am great friends with several of my next door neighbors since we all have pets! So glad that I chose to rent with Lloyd.
