Customer service is pathetic. Waited in line behind 4 trucks for 1 hour and 38 minutes. Then they pulled a truck that just arrived into next bay and started him immediately. I complained and asked for refund. They had not even started my truck. But refused a refund. DO NOT use this place unless you are desperate and want to get treated poorly by a baldheaded bearded moron. Calling the bank and Visa to complain.
It's not as bad as some people make it out to be. At the same time, to get more than three stars, they would need to improve. Basically, it's fine on the first look, but there are quite a few spots that they missed.
Excellent service, not to expensive, they make sure vehicle is truly clean.
